Online Safety Lebanon (OSL) is a non-profit organization based in Beirut, Lebanon, founded in 2011. We work to empower children and young people across the Arab world to have safer, more positive experiences online.
Our work spans public policy, industry best practices and good digital parenting. We collaborate with technology companies, government, civil society, educators and families to promote children’s rights, wellbeing and protection in the digital world.
Creating a safer internet for all!
To empower children, parents, and educators with the skills, knowledge, and strategies to navigate the online world safely, and create a culture of online responsibility.
To work with different stakeholders to prioritize the rights of children to have access, be protected, and have all the necessary tools to enjoy the benefits of the online world.
There are three pillars to our work:
- Digital Civility
- Public Policy
- Empowerment Through Technology

promoting digital civility to help build awareness on online safety

educating and informing governments, policy makers, social workers, educators and media on online safety
